“I don’t go anywhere without a good quality, restorative eye cream. You’re never too young to start using it as skin is classed as ‘mature’ at just 25 years of age, so prevention is definitely better than cure! I’m not saying how old I am but so far, so good!”

“I keep my eye cream in the fridge (which drives my husband mad!) It’s much more effective, and it really helps to reduce swollen, puffy eyes in a morning (especially great if you suffer from hay fever).”

“I suffer with dry skin on my heels, so one of my favourite things to do is to warm a pair of socks on the radiator whilst I have a nice warm bath. Once I’m out, I apply a hydrating facial mask to my feet, wrap them in cling film, and put on a big pair of warm socks. I read or watch TV for an hour, then remove the socks and cling film to reveal fully hydrated feet that feel great.”

“I swear by a lemon and ginger detox drink, and it’s made regularly in our house as along with flushing out toxins, it helps with sinuses too. My husband boils a saucepan of water with slices of lemon and fresh ginger, then leaves it to cool and places it in the fridge where it will keep for 2-3 days. Delicious.”
