What is your comfort food?

Hendricks Gin & Tonic – why not?
Why did you get into catering?
Loved cooking at school, (best subject), and High Peak College had an amazing reputation for catering courses. Best two years of my life.
Why is it a good career to get into?
There are so many job opportunities that you’ll definitely find something that you love.
Best career moment?
One of my Level 3 students who was severely dyslexic got a job at Gleneagles in Scotland. It makes you feel like you are doing something right.
Served anyone famous?
I once got in a shower with actor Tony Britain at The Old Hall to show him how it worked! I also met the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall at the official opening of University of Derby and had quite a nice chat.
