We have worked very hard to get our Salons at Buxton & Leek ready to reopen and the safety and wellbeing of you and our team is our absolute priority.
We have fully analysed the current government guidance and can assure you that we have put all measures in place to ensure you get the best possible experience, whilst not compromising safety.
Here are just a few of the measures we have in place:
- All appointments are by prior booking only in advance
- Your temperature will be taken and recorded on arrival
- You will be asked to download the FREE NHS Covid-19 app to your mobile phone and scan in the QR code on arrival
- It is mandatory that you complete a new health check consultation form with specific questions around Covid-19
- All of our Salon therapists and stylists will wear appropriate PPE
- If your skin test has expired during closure this will need to be repeated, a minimum of 48hrs in advance of any colour service or eye lash tint to ensure
- We have introduced a one-way entry and exit system where possible
- We have increased the frequency of our cleaning regimes and will be using viricidal cleaning products to specifically kill viruses within 60 seconds
- Staff training has taken place to ensure that every single member of the team is aware of the new protocols and understands all of the measures we are putting in place to protect you
- Hand sanitisers, social distancing arrangements and providing sanitiser sprays around the Salon for use throughout your visit, are all part of our new measures to keep you protected from transmission of the virus. You will also be required to wear a mask for the duration of your Salon visit
We are offering only a limited amount of services currently, but this will change as the year progresses. Please enquire at the Main Reception at the time of booking for latest schedules.
