Spring into the Ultimate Spa Therapy this Summer

Each season, the Devonshire Spa creates a unique seasonal therapy to reflect the time of year and the needs of your overall wellness.

Our Spring into Summer Package (£75) is quite possibly our best ever, offering a chance to relax and unwind in our blissful spa surroundings, leaving you looking and feeling like a million dollars by the time you leave our retreat in the heart of Buxton.

Step inside our oasis of calm and melt into the serene surroundings of the Devonshire Spa, where our therapists will greet you on arrival and offer you a cosy robe and slippers to slip into. Indulge in a tour of our Thermal Spa facilities including the ultra-relaxing hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam and aroma rooms, ice fountain, monsoon shower and reflexology foot baths. You’ll have an opportunity to put your feet up and relax on our Spa loungers with a magazine and a refreshing drink before commencing your treatment.

 

Face It

A professional facial cannot be beaten for its power to lift your skin and leave it glowing.  This treatment includes a luxurious bespoke facial that’s designed to meet the needs of your skin type. Your therapist will advise on the best products for you according to your individual needs, suggesting products from leading Spa brands including Caudalie, ishga and [comfort zone].

 

Sunkissed Tanning

This indulgent package also includes a full body Kissed by Mii manual tan by one of our experienced therapists, leaving you with a healthy, even, golden glow. Kissed by Mii products help you to prepare, bare and care for your skin, with active ingredients including nourishing and softly-scented coral seaweed and coastal flowers to replenish your skin’s natural minerals, leaving it sublimely soft so that your tan can develop beautifully.

For an additional circulation boost and to prepare your skin leaving it smooth for tanning products to be applied easily, we recommend adding our Signature Hammam Scrub onto your treatment for an additional £20. Performed on our traditional Hammam table, this will ensure your tan lasts longer and that your skin is in prime condition for your Kissed by Me tanning products to be applied. Using a gentle salt and oil scrub, dead skin cells will be removed, leaving you with silky smooth skin and a beautiful top-to-toe glow.

 

Polished To Perfection

Your summer Spa package wouldn’t be complete without a professional manicure and pedicure for a polished look. Long-lasting and with a fabulous gel-like finish, the classic Power Polish manicure or pedicure takes just 25 minutes and includes an application of the Jessica base coat to protect and strengthen your nails, offering glamorous, fast drying glossy nails in over 24 exciting colours, from classic reds and pinks to on-trend pastels, metallics and nude shades.

Our Spa therapists advise that any hair removal should be done at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. You should also refrain from moisturising on the day of the treatment, especially with any heavy, oil based products as these can impact the effectiveness of the tanning process.
